I love working with EMDR, parts work, and values/beliefs that keep us stuck.

I have a passion for serving veterans and first responders. I also really enjoy meeting with young adults

I work with all ages (Kids, Teens, Adults) and Families promoting self-understanding, fostering a sense of safety, and deepening connections.

I especially enjoy working with young adults who are developing their sense of self, navigating relationships, or making sense of their past but I value the chance to connect with you no matter your stage of life or background.

I care a lot about working with adolescents and kids, young adults, and those holding identities that are marginalized by systemic structures.

I love working with LGBTQ+ clients, young adults exploring career paths, people navigating layoffs or career changes, and those experiencing grief.

I work with individuals who are finding their identity. I also work with school-aged children (ages 5+) and their parents.

I tend to work with people who are reflective, motivated, and ready to make sense of patterns that no longer serve them.
