I (they/he) am someone who did not ever see myself becoming a counselor but my own experiences holding non-normative identities led me to finally accept the Universe's persistent pushing and finds me here as a way to support others navigating oppressive systems.

I believe in healing within community, the resiliency and adaptability of the nervous system, and that the way we experience the world is shaped by the identities we hold. I see my role as a Counselor as someone who can come alongside you as you heal and learn new ways of connection. You know your experience far better than I do.

For the last 3 years, I have been working in Crisis and Co-Response. I care a lot about working with adolescents and kids, young adults, and those holding identities that are marginalized by systemic structures. I love the irreverent, showing up authentically, and sitting in the chaos with people.

I can often be found outside touching rocks and trying to befriend local lizards. I tend to fill my free time with adventures, friends, and laughter.

 Education & Experience:

I recieved my Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. I have a Bachelor's in French, English, and Medieval Studies from the University of Minnesota Morris. I currently hold my LPCC. I have specific training in the CASE Approach for Suicidality, CAMS Framework, and  Motivational Interviewing.
